This Policy describes what data we collect, for what purpose, how we protect it and what rights you may exercise under Law N° 25,326 on Personal Data Protection and its complementary rules in force in the Argentine Republic.

2. Data we collect
We collect only the data necessary to provide the service: (a) contact details you voluntarily provide in the form (name, email and message); (b) limited technical data such as device type, browser language and approximate city, only after you provide the corresponding consent.
3. Purposes of processing
We use the data to (i) respond to your request and coordinate access to the platform; (ii) improve the quality of the service and its informational content; (iii) comply with legal and accounting obligations; (iv) perform aggregated statistical measurements, always based on the consent granted through the cookie banner.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your free, express and informed consent; on the execution of the pre-contractual relationship initiated by submitting the form; and on compliance with applicable legal obligations.
5. Retention period
We retain data for the time strictly necessary for the purposes described and for the applicable legal periods. When no longer needed, data is securely deleted or anonymized.
6. Recipients
We do not sell or transfer your personal data. We may share information with technology providers acting on behalf of Finanzasaidia (for example, hosting, email and analytics services), under confidentiality agreements and with appropriate security measures.
7. International transfers
Some providers may be located outside the Argentine Republic. In such cases, we verify that appropriate protection safeguards exist in accordance with applicable regulations and adequacy decisions recognized by the enforcement authority.

The Agency for Access to Public Information, as the enforcement body of Law N° 25,326, has the authority to handle complaints and claims.
10. Cookies and similar technologies
The use of cookies and similar technologies is governed by our Cookie Policy. We implement Google Consent Mode v2, so analytics and advertising cookies remain disabled until you express your consent through the corresponding banner.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect legal changes or service improvements. We will publish the current version on this page with the date of last update.
